Somervell County Warrant Records Somervell County Warrant Records

Somervell County does not publish one public warrant list for every court. The Sheriff’s Office handles service and records requests, JP Precincts 1 and 2 publish citation searches, county and district clerks maintain separate case files, and Glen Rose Municipal Court answers city-warrant questions by phone. This guide brings those routes together so a person checking their own case or helping a relative can start with the office that is most likely to hold it.

Why We Built This Site

The first search matters because Somervell’s records are divided by court and case type. JP Precincts 1 and 2 handle citation cases and provide an online lookup; the County Clerk’s portal covers its county-court files; Tyler Odyssey indexes participating cases and hearings; and the District Clerk supports felony and family-court records. Glen Rose Municipal Court has a separate phone route for city citations. The Sheriff’s Office confirms service and accepts written public-information requests, but does not provide an online warrant roster. We explain what each route can show and where a result needs direct confirmation.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, not part of Somervell County government, a court, the Sheriff’s Office, or a Texas agency. The guides can point to an official source, but the site cannot:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, court listing, or procedure remains current

The court that issued a warrant confirms its current case status and any recall. The Sheriff’s Office can address whether process was sent for service. Use those official answers before deciding what to do next.

Search Partners

Some search boxes link visitors to outside providers. Those companies control their own services, prices, and results. If a visitor reaches a paid signup through a referral link, the site may receive a fee; that does not make the provider’s output an official warrant check. Confirm local case information with the issuing court or Sheriff’s Office.
